Board of Directors

President, Julie Sheppard
Julie Sheppard, a native of Newburyport, Massachusetts, is General Counsel and Special Assistant to the Director at IHMC, a computer science research institute of the State University System of Florida located in Pensacola. She earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and J.D. from Suffolk University. Julie is active in many community endeavors locally and statewide. She is a member of Leadership Florida Class XXV and is currently on the statewide council of advisors. She is a member of and past Chair of the Education Law Committee of the Florida Bar. Julie lives in Pensacola and is married to an Architect Phillip Turner and they have two daughters, Marina and Delaney who both attend NB Cook Elementary School.
Treasurer, Pam Caddell
Pam Caddell is President of Gulf-Atlantic Constructors, Inc. She was born and raised in Pensacola in a family of six girls and graduated from Gulf Breeze High School and Pensacola Junior College. He received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and her M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee. She moved back to the Pensacola area twelve years ago to go into the family business. Her community activities include serving on the board of the Baptist Healthcare Foundation, Pensacola Junior College Foundation, Homebuilders Association of Northwest Florida, and Gulf Coast Community Bank. Pam is married to Phil Caddell, a physical security consultant, and has three sons Jason, Chris, and Will and a daughter, Heidi, a miniature schnauzer.
Secretary, Holly Jurnovoy
Holly Jurnovoy was raised in Gulf Breeze. She is a graduate of Gulf Breeze High School, Emory University and Villanova Law School. After 10 years in the Philadelphia area, she returned to Gulf Breeze in 1998. Holly works part time at Emmanuel, Sheppard and Condon. Her past and present community involvement includes chair of the Young Women's Division of the Philadelphia Federation of Jewish Agencies, member and president of the Board of Directors of Children's Home Society, member and chair of the Gulf Breeze Middle School Advisory Committee and past board member of Temple Beth-El. She is married to Steven and mother to Joshua (age 17) and Andrew (age 14).
President Emeritus, Debbie Ritchie

Debbie Ritchie is a native Floridian and earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University . She moved to Pensacola in 1999 from Monroe County ( Florida Keys ) where she served as a State Representative in the Florida House of Representatives, serving as Minority Floor Leader her last two years in office. Debbie currently works as the Operations Leader for the Studer Group, a national healthcare consulting company located in Gulf Breeze, FL.

Debbie has long been active in community service. Among her involvements, she is the Founding President of IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area; Board Member of the Autism Society of the Panhandle; Past President of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus; and Past President of Children’s Services Center . Debbie is honored to have received numerous awards, particularly for her community service and for legislative efforts on behalf of education and environmental issues. She was named “Quality Floridian” by the Florida League of Cities; 2004 and 2007 Woman Business Leader of the Year by the Women’s Business Center of the Emerald Coast and the Pensacola Business Journal, respectively; 2007 Community Leader of the Year by the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and most recently, 2008 “Civic Leader” by the Kiwanis Club of Pensacola.

Board Member, Belle Bear
Belle Bear has been a lifelong community volunteer and philanthropist. She has actively served on several community boards and contributed countless service hours to her favorite charities. She was a founding board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. She was a board member for Catholic Social Services, now known as Catholic Charities, and remains an honorary member of their board. She is a Sustainer with the Junior League of Pensacola and was recently awarded the Joan Gonzalez Award for her outstanding contribution to the League and the community. She has also served as a board member for FavorHouse, Girl Scouts and the Women’s Board of Sacred Heart Hospital. She continues to support each of these agencies by hosting events, recruiting volunteers, and contributing her time and resources to the various projects and activities of each.
Board Member, Cindi Bonner
Cindi Bonner is a Pensacola native. She is a graduate of the University of Denver with a major in Psychology and a double minor is Art and Human Communications. She earned her Masters Degree from the University of South Alabama in Exercise Physiology. Cindi was raised in a family who put philanthropy as a priority. As the generations continue to grow she hopes that the willingness to give with also grow. Most recently Cindi has been on the boards of The Pensacola Sports Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, YMCA of Northwest Florida and a member of the Junior League of Pensacola. She is also involved in many local social organizations. She is married to Chad and is currently a stay at home mom to daughter Lauren who is four and son Chad who is one.
Board Member, Jennifer Bradshaw
Jennifer, the daughter of an Army soldier, lived all over the United States, finishing high school in northern Virginia. She received her B.S. in Nursing from George Mason University, and pursued a career in oncology and stem cell transplant. Four years ago, Jennifer and her husband Jay with their 2 children moved to Pensacola. She worked for 2 years as a charge nurse for the Covenant Hospice inpatient unit at West Florida Hospital. In 2007 Jenni¬fer and her husband bought Coastal Moving and Storage where she now works. Coastal hosts an annual Fill-the-Mayflower food drive for Manna Food Pantry, and Jennifer helps Cov¬enant Hospice whenever possible. Jennifer stays very busy with Grace, 5, and Joshua, 6, and enjoys volun¬teering at their school. The family are members of Christ Church.
Board Member, Tammy Davies
Tammy Davies was born and raised in Pensacola. She is a graduate of Pine Forest High School, Pensacola Junior College and the University of West Florida. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from UWF in 1989, she has worked in the banking industry for 18 years. Tammy is presently a Commercial Relationship Manager with Wachovia Bank, where she manages banking relationships of business clients with the purpose of being a consultant to aid clients in reaching their goals. Tammy and her husband Robert live in Gulf Breeze with their two teenage sons, Colin and Cameron. The family is active at St. Ann Catholic Church where she teaches Confirmation class and has served as the Chair of the Faith Formation Commission and on the Parish Council. Tammy is currently a Loaned Executive with United Way of Santa Rosa County. She has spent time as a Reading First volunteer at C.A. Weis Elementary School and countless hours volunteering at her children?s schools and in support of their extracurricular activities.
Board Member, Cindy Dawson
Cyndi is a CPA and partner in charge of the Pensacola Tax Services division in the accounting and con¬sulting firm, O’Sullivan Creel, LLP. She received her B.S. in Account¬ing and Master of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama and is a certified public accountant in both Florida and Alabama. Cyndi specializes in serving clients in the construction industry and construc¬tion-related fields and focuses on tax planning and consulting for all types of businesses and individuals. Cyndi’s civic activities include serv¬ing as board member and treasurer of PACE Center for Girls, board member of Sacred Heart Foundation Development Board, and Alumni Leadership Pensacola. Cyndi has one son, Jarod, who is 16 and attends Aletheia Christian Academy.
Board Member, Julie Deao
Born in Mexico City, Julie's family moved to Illinois where she grew up and graduated high school. She then moved to Texas, graduated from Texas Tech University and focused her career in healthcare business. With 18 years of healthcare experience, her most recent leadership position focused on contract negotiations, strategic planning, relationship management and business operations for VHA Inc., a nationwide network of community-owned health care systems and their physicians. Fluent in Spanish, Julie's community involvement includes mentoring foreign-born students in the Dallas area public schools, and volunteering her time at the Dallas Life Foundation, Texas Tree Foundation, and Promise House. She and her husband, Craig recently moved to the Pensacola area, and are now proud, first-time parents to their son Sam.
Board Member, Lisa Ihns
Lisa is from Pensacola, but lived in Atlanta for 18 years before return-ing to Pensacola in 2003 with her husband Tad and their 2 children, Alexa and Jesse, when Tad moved his company Avalex Technologies to the area. Alexa is a sophomore at the University of Chicago, and Jesse is a sophomore in the International Bac¬calaureate (IB) program at PHS. Lisa’s undergraduate degree is in social work from University of West Flor¬ida, and she obtained a law degree from Florida State. She is a member of the Georgia Bar and practiced in the area of civil litigation for several years while in Atlanta. Lisa enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, tak¬ing long walks with the family’s two Siberian Huskies, and hiking in beautiful places.
Board Member, Denise Ivey
Denise Ivey returned to Pensacola in October 2008 after retiring from a 25 year career with the Gannett Company. Most recently Denise lived in Louisville, Kentucky and served as President of the Mid-South Newspaper Group, consisting of 19 newspapers and she was President and Publisher of the Courier-Journal, a 250,000 circulation daily newspaper. While serving in Louisville Denise was named Publisher of the Year for Gannett's 85 daily newspapers and the Courier-Journal was named Newspaper of the year, recognized for both readership gains and profits. Prior to the time in Louisville Denise served as President of the GulfCoast Group of newspapers, consisting of 7 newspapers and was President and Publisher of the Pensacola News Journal, where she served for 15 years. In her early years with Gannett Denise was President and Publisher of the Times in Gainesville, GA and The Herald Dispatch in Huntington, WV. Denise served on the founding board of IMPACT 100 and left the board at the end of 2005 when she was transferred. Denise is very active in the community and has served on numerous boards. Her son Scott, daughter-in-law Kayla and grandson Lucca live in Portland, Oregon.>
Board Member, Barbara Bolling Jackson
Barbara Jackson is a retired obstetrician-gynecologist. She was born in Dalton, Georgia, graduated from Vanderbilt University, and Tulane Medical School. She lived in Atlanta during residency training at Emory University. She practiced in Gulfport, Ms. before retirement. She lives in Perdido with her husband, Dr. Joe Jackson and is an active member of the Perdido Bay United Methodist Church as circle chairman, UMW Board, Vision Committee, Finance Committee. She has 3 sons and one granddaughter.
Board Member, Marny Needle
A native of Baltimore, MD, is an executive coach and business consultant. She has her own practice in Northwest Florida. Prior to moving to the Pensacola area, Marny was in business in the Baltimore-Washington-Northern Virginia marketplace for over 25 years in banking and in consulting. Marny works individually with executives, coaching them on improving their performance and that of their teams. Marny holds a Master's Degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree from Towson State University. She also holds an advanced degree in banking. She serves on the Board of the Pensacola Women’s Alliance. She was active in Baltimore community activities, serving on the Board of Visitors of The University of Maryland Shock Trauma, the Columbia Foundation, the Howard Hospital Foundation and Leadership Howard County. She is a Past President of The International Alliance of Women, an international professional women's network, with over 60,000 members worldwide.
Board Member, Lori NeSmith
Lori NeSmith is a native of Marietta, Georgia. She grew up in Pensacola, then graduated from Auburn University, University of Oklahoma and Troy State University with degrees in Economics, Economic Development and Business Management. She and her husband, Alan, own and operate Oren International, an industrial paper converting and paper brokering business. They are also the proud parents of two young daughters. Lori’s past and present community involvement includes volunteer and board member for ARC Gateway, Junior Achievement board member and classroom volunteer, Leadership Pensacola class of 1995, elderly care volunteer, child mentor and member of First Baptist Church.
Board Member, Raisa Overstreet
Raisa Overstreet was born in Russia where she earned her bachelors and masters degrees in economics and management with honors. Upon moving to the United States, Raisa earned her second masters from the University of West Florida in Business Administration Suma Kum Laude. Currently, Raisa builds trusting relationships with people while providing sound advice as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Raisa is very active in the community. She serves on the board of directors for the United Cerebral Palsy and Pensacola Dog owners association. She is also a member of the Southwest Rotary Club, Pensacola Young Professionals, Pensacola Yacht Club, and Impact 100. Raisa is very fond of her black pug Sasha, and enjoys traveling and working out.
Board Member, Lori Storey-Myrick
Lori Storey-Myrick was born in Lenox, Ga and raised in Albany, Ga. While modeling for Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Lori moved in 1993 to Pensacola from Milan, Italy and retired from modeling in 1997. She has owned and has designed for a Greek jewelry company, Thallo, since 2001. Lori's past civic involvement includes: Board member and fundraising chairman with the Alzheimer Assoc. of NW Fl., Adult Literacy teacher; a Big sister in the Big Brother Big Sister program for 10 years and received Big of the year in 1998; Delivered Meals-on-Wheels for two years for Council on Aging and worked with New York City Cancer Society. Lori is an active member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Lady Sodality. She has been a member of Impact 100 for the past two years. Lori has been married to attorney John L. Myrick for eight years.
Board Member, Ann Woll
A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ann received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and has worked for over 30 years in the field of graphic design, the majority of that time as sole owner of Icon Graphic Design. Ann married Herb Woll in Houston, Texas where their two children were born. Ann chaired the St. Francis Episcopal Day School board of directors, as well as St. Francis Day, the annual fundraiser for the school and church. After moving to St. Louis, she served on the board of St. Michael?s Houses, which awards grants for projects housing disadvantaged people. Ann also worked on Habitat for Humanity housing. After moving to the Pensacola area, Ann chaired the ?07 and ?08 "Midsummer Night Party" charity fundraiser for the St. Francis Church in Gulf Breeze. She has also been an active volunteer for Pensacola Pyramid, a not-for-profit organization that meets the needs of adults with developmental disabilities. Ann has been a proud member of Impact 100 for two years.
