Below are downloadable versions of all the documents used in the grant application process. The MSWord versions of documents are protected so they cannot be modified. However, the forms will allow you to input information where it is requested, so you can complete the form in MSWord and print it out for delivery to IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area.

Our Mission

The mission of IMPACT 100 is:
 1. to know and serve the community;
2. to collectively fund significant grants to charitable initiatives; and
3. to set an example of effective philanthropy.
