The Roy Hyatt Environmental Center assists students in Escambia County in mastering science concepts and processes through the integration of science disciplines in studying the environment.Its present site on Tobias Road houses a biology lab room, a museum featuring topics of environmental interest, and office space.
Funded construction of a covered pavilion and scientific supplies for the outdoor instructional classroom. Microscopes, binoculars and magnifying glasses are used as teaching aids to open students' eyes to the gifts of nature.
Building additional educational opportunities for children in our community.
