Letter of Intent

IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area uses the application, Community Force, to collect and manage nonprofit organization Letters of Intent and Grant Applications. This software is used by both nonprofit organizations applying for a grant as well as by the IMPACT 100 committee members reviewing these grants.

Letter of Intent Process and Guidelines

The Letter of Intent is accessible every year from mid-March until noon on April 30.

Some applying nonprofit organizations hold their 501(c)(3) directly while other nonprofit organizations are a chapter of a larger organization that holds the 501(c)(3).  The grant application was recently modified to allow the latter to enter additional information related to the parent organization. Examples for both types of organizations are shown below.
