        6. FUNDS: Host a Fund Drive: Fund Drives help raise money for feeding the Gulf Coast to put towards one of our nutrition programs or general food distribution operations. They can be held alone or in conjunction with a traditional food drive. Because the food bank has bulk purchasing power, with monetary donations, we can process your donation into more meals. For every $10, Feeding the Gulf Coast can provide 50 meals to those in need.

Become a Backpack Program Sponsor: The Backpack Program helps meet the needs of hungry children by providing them with nutritious and easy-to-prepare food to take home on weekends and school vacations when other resources are not available. Backpacks contain enough food for six meals and two snacks: including protein and fruit juices.
